Academy of Pastry Arts; an esteemed group of professional culinary and pastry schools with Pan- Asia presence in Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bangalore rebranded to Academy of Pastry & Culinary Arts (APCA). The brand adopted the new identity because of its start-of-the-art offerings in both Pastry & Culinary Arts courses.
Speaking on the occasion, Chef Niklesh Sharma, Founder, Academy of Pastry & Culinary Arts stated that “We have always been an education institute of International reputation & class and it is apt that we have rebranded to Academy of Pastry & Culinary Arts as it justifies our offerings and role for the upcoming budding Chefs of India”
The Advanced Diploma in Culinary is of 9 months duration and covers everything that a cuisine chef needs to be trained in. Right from the cutting of vegetables, identification of ingredients, soups to the most advance cuisines like Italian, Fusion, etc. Like the Pastry course, each batch will have 14 students and it will be completely hands-on. The culinary course is currently available in Bangalore and Mumbai academy of the Academy of Pastry & Culinary Arts and they are soon planning to expand it to other centers as well.
Speaking on the new identity, Major Dinesh Sharma, Co-Founder, Academy of Pastry & Culinary Arts expressed his views by stating that “Academy has always been a place where students are provided will best-in-the class equipment, ingredients, and hands-on teaching techniques. It was apparent that we showcase what we have been achieving for the past few years now and rebranding of the name is an integral step towards that goal”
Academy is planning to implement its Culinary courses across it’s centers over the period of next one year. Also, they have plans to open up new educational centers in India and in our neighboring countries in the span of next 24 months.
