SBI Life Insurance, one of the most trusted private life insurers in India, under its Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, donated a 50 seater bus to Helping Hands Jaipur Society for the welfare of aspiring students staying at far off locations in Bhankrota, Jaipur.
Research indicates that students from rural areas face severe accessibility restrictions, because of their geographicalisolation, their social and economic conditions, and the commonly low level of transport supply. Addressing this issue, SBI Life’s initiative aims to improve the last-mile connectivity for students staying in remote locations which make it extremely difficult for them to reach school every day and continue education.
