The Chief Minister instructed officials to ensure that every grievance is resolved in a timely manner and that public-related tasks are handled with complete responsibility. He directed that each case be listed, followed up on, and that complainants be kept informed of progress. He emphasized that strict action will be taken against staff members who show negligence in resolving public grievances.
During the hearing, Shri Sharma resolved several issues on the spot. Citizens appeared satisfied with the prompt redressal of their grievances. Problems faced by the poor, farmers, women, and youth were given priority, while grievances of the differently-abled, elderly, and other needy individuals were also addressed, bringing them relief.
Jagdish to Undertake Free Religious Tour – Expresses Gratitude to Chief Minister
In the hearing, specially-abled Jagdish Prasad from Bikaner informed the Chief Minister about his wish to visit religious sites but said that financial constraints prevented him from doing so. The Chief Minister immediately directed officials to arrange a free religious tour for him. Jagdish expressed happiness over the on-the-spot resolution of his problem and thanked Shri Sharma.
During the hearing, the Chief Minister also listened to and resolved grievances related to various departments, including Social Justice and Empowerment, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Home, Revenue, Irrigation, Jaipur Development Authority, Municipal Corporation, Education, Medical, Drinking Water, and Energy.
