Jaipur, December 3. In line with Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma’s vision of transparent, accessible and efficient governance, the State Insurance and Provident Fund (SIPF) Department has launched a new WhatsApp chatbot to assist government employees with instant access to their financial records. The initiative has been rolled out under the direction of Deputy Chief Minister (Finance) Diya Kumari.
Joint Director (Public Relations & Headquarters) Prahlad Kumar Meena informed that employees can save the number 9462255117, which will automatically appear as SIPF Department on WhatsApp. Through this chatbot, personnel can instantly check their account details, ledger information and other relevant data directly on their WhatsApp.
The department said the chatbot will help ensure that all critical updates and messages appear under the official SIPF name, enabling employees to verify the authenticity of the information they receive.
According to Meena, the move aims to strengthen digital services while saving employees’ time and effort. “This facility will allow personnel to access their financial details safely, conveniently and transparently,” he said.
The department has advised employees to rely only on official messages and avoid sharing any information with unauthorised sources. It also warned staff not to trust any email, message or phone call claiming to be from the SIPF chatbot and to refrain from sharing personal details with such contacts.
