Mr. Vijay Parlikar has taken charge of BOI Merchant Bankers Ltd. (BOIMB) as Managing Director. With over 28 years of experience in telecom and banking industry, he has been with Bank of India for the last 20 years and has contributed significantly in areas like project appraisal, corporate finance (domestic and international), international regulatory framework and human resources.

Mr. Parlikar has been instrumental in the conception and successful implementation of many strategic initiatives for European operations of the bank. Prior to that, he has spent 8 years in the telecom industry in various capacities (technical and commercial). He has a definite vision for BOIMB and has plans for penetration of the market in niche areas of finance.
