Karauli ACB Catches ASI Seetaram Red-Handed Taking ₹1,500 Bribe at Todabhim Police Station
Jaipur: In a significant anti-corruption move, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Karauli conducted a successful operation at Todabhim police station. ASI Seetaram was caught red-handed while accepting a bribe of ₹1,500. According to officials, the bribe was demanded in exchange for taking necessary action in a pending case.
The ACB team, acting on specific information, laid a trap and apprehended the accused officer while he was accepting the illicit money. The operation was executed under the guidance of ACB Director General Ravi Prakash Mehra and DIG Rajesh Singh.
Officials have stated that further investigation is underway to uncover more details related to the case and ascertain whether other individuals were involved. The ACB remains committed to curbing corruption within the police force and ensuring that public servants are held accountable for unlawful activities.
