Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre, in collaboration with Arrived - an experiences and discovery platform - and supported by The Singleton Social, presents highly acclaimed Thai hotspot Seefah for its first-ever culinary showcase in Delhi/NCR.
The two-day event, scheduled for October 4 and 5, 2025, will feature a specially curated five-course tasting menu highlighting Chef Seefah's celebrated signatures such as Laab Meung, Pulled Lamb Massaman, Gai Yang, and other authentic Thai dishes prepared true to tradition. The showcase will offer guests a rare opportunity to experience Thailand's culinary heritage in an intimate, limited-seating format.
"As a new hotel in Gurugram, we are excited to create meaningful culinary experiences that set the tone for what's to come," said Harkaran Singh Sethi, General Manager of Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre. "Movement is at the heart of this collaboration of ideas, flavors, and experiences. By bringing Chef Seefah to Gurugram, we're creating a space where authentic Thai cuisine and local curiosity meet, offering guests an immersive epicurean journey.", he added.
The arrival of Chef Seefah in Gurugram underscores a growing exchange between India's vibrant dining scene and Southeast Asia's gastronomic traditions. Thai cuisine has long resonated with Indian diners, but few chefs bring the level of authenticity and precision that defines Chef Seefah's cooking. Her presence at Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre, signals the city's emergence as a serious culinary destination capable of hosting international-standard chef residencies and immersive dining pop-ups.
"Delhi-NCR has such a dynamic and evolving food culture, and I'm truly excited to bring the flavors of my home to a new audience. For me, Thai cuisine is all about balance, depth, and heart and this menu reflects dishes that are very personal to my journey. I hope guests will experience not just the food, but the warmth and spirit of Thai cooking," said Chef Seefah Ketchaiyo.
Thai-born Chef Seefah Ketchaiyo has over 15 years of culinary experience across leading hotels in Thailand, China, and India. Deeply influenced by her Bangkok street-food roots, she has earned acclaim for preserving traditional flavors while presenting them with contemporary finesse. In 2016, she co-founded Seefah, her flagship Mumbai restaurant, now regarded as one of India's top Asian dining destinations. Seefah has been listed among La Liste's Top 1000 Restaurants worldwide and ranked #13 in Condé Nast Traveller's Top Restaurant Awards. In 2024, she was named among Culinary Culture's "30 Best Chefs in India."
The pop-up will take place at Hilton Gurugram Baani City Center on October 4, 2025 (Dinner) from 7:30 PM onwards, with an exclusive Chef's Table lunch for select media and invitees earlier in the day, and on October 5, 2025 (Lunch) from 12:30 PM onwards. The experience is priced at ₹3,999++ per person, with limited seats available.
