The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the JEE Main 2026 Session 1 results on jeemain.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in. Candidates can now check and download their scorecards using their application number and date of birth. Alongside the results, NTA has published the final answer keys for the BTech/BE papers, noting that nine questions were dropped and four had multiple correct answers.

Perfect 100 NTA percentile achieved by 12 candidates, with 3 from Rajasthan leading the list.
Other toppers hail from Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Bihar, Odisha, Haryana, Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Telangana.

How to Check Your JEE Main 2026 Scorecard
Visit jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Click on the Session 1 Result 2026 link.
Enter your application number and date of birth.
Download your scorecard, which includes subject-wise percentile in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, along with the overall aggregate percentile.
Note: Cutoff marks and All India Ranks for Session 1 will be announced after the completion of all JEE Main sessions.
JEE Main 2026: Insights for IIT CSE Aspirants
IITs offer ~16,000–17,000 undergraduate seats, with 3,000–3,500 in Computer Science.
Top IITs (Bombay & Delhi): CSE seats generally filled by candidates ranking 100–300 in JEE Advanced.
IIT Madras, Kanpur, Kharagpur: CSE closing ranks 300–800.
IIT Roorkee & Guwahati: Ranks ~1,200–1,500 likely secure CSE seats.
Newer IITs: Candidates ranked 2,000–5,000 have strong chances for CSE, showing that ~75% of CSE seats are outside the top 1,000.
