We have received many complaints about hashtag#I-PAC regarding forced resignations, hashtag#salary hashtag#fraud, mental harassment, hashtag#illegal hashtag#terminations when employees ask for leave, and illegal terminations when employees raise their voices for improvements in the organization. However, what really shocked us is the following:
👉 The hashtag#Security of hashtag#Women hashtag#Employees:
We have been informed that this organization has provided very low-standard accommodations to hashtag#women hashtag#employees, including hotels where prostitution occurs, which is a significant security concern. We also learned that female employees are expected to attend hashtag#late-hashtag#night hashtag#meetings with seniors in these hotels, raising further serious concerns about their safety. Additionally, when a female employee raised her voice against harassment, she was supposed to be transferred to another team, but no action was taken against the guilty party since they held a higher position.National Commission for Women - India
It has also come to our attention that employees work in this organization out of compulsion. They are lured by the promise of a good package, but after joining, they find it difficult to switch jobs due to the unique nature of this domain.
We request all hashtag#employees to check on the security of any friends, family, or acquaintances living in hashtag#company hashtag#accommodations.
