TVS Motor Company has activated a free Roadside Assistance (RSA) service across Odisha to support customers affected by cyclone Fani. This initiative includes a 24-hour helpline offering customer support in Odia and Bengali languages.
To enhance accessibility, 25 mobile service vans are deployed across 10 districts in Odisha, providing free assistance to customers covered under the primary warranty.

Radhakrishnan, Director and CEO of TVS Motor Company, stated, “In the wake of the devastation caused by cyclone Fani, we have quickly established a 24-hour RSA helpline as soon as telecom lines were restored. We remain committed to helping our customers during these challenging times and facilitating a speedy return to normalcy.”
In partnership with insurance providers, TVS Motor is also facilitating quick claim settlements by releasing 50% advance payments on repairs with minimal documentation requirements (RC and KYC). A video streaming survey hotline has been set up to expedite claim approvals.
