He informed that the draft electoral rolls of all 41 district election offices and the 61,136 polling booths created after the reorganization of 199 विधानसभा constituencies will also be shared with representatives of recognized political parties.
Ensuring Political Participation
Shri Mahajan directed that all political parties be informed in advance about the publication of the draft electoral rolls and the polling centres formed after reorganization. Along with the draft voter list, the ASD (Absentee/Shifted/Dead/Already Enrolled) list will also be made available in an accessible format on the websites of the CEO Rajasthan and the respective DEOs. All DEOs have been instructed to immediately deploy Booth Level Officers (BLOs) and supervisors at newly created polling stations after reorganization.
Encourage Voter Enrollment
The Chief Electoral Officer directed all DEOs to motivate voters to verify their names in the draft electoral rolls. If a name is missing, voters should be informed to submit Form-6 along with a Declaration Form to get their name included. Young voters who will attain the age of 18 years on or before 1 April 2026, 1 July 2026, and 1 October 2026 have also been advised to submit advance Form-6 applications for inclusion of their names in the voter list.
Due Process for Deletions

Appeals against such orders may be heard by the District Magistrate (DM) and the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO).
Statewide Effort for Comprehensive Coverage
He further stated that in the effort to reach every village, every ward, and every household, and to ensure the inclusion of every eligible voter in the electoral roll, the CEO Rajasthan, all 41 DEOs, 199 Electoral Registration Officers (EROs), 52,222 BLOs deployed across polling stations, lakhs of volunteers, and more than one lakh Booth Level Agents (BLAs) nominated by political parties have collectively fulfilled their critical responsibilities.
