Mr Bareth was addressing the closing ceremony of the five-day capacity building workshop of newly appointed Assistant Public Relations Officers (APROs) at Haridev Joshi University of Journalism and Mass Communication (HJU) on Friday as the chief guest.
Presiding over the function, Director Information and Public Relations Shri Purushottam Sharma said that while the work of public relations is a crown of thorns on one side, it is also a jewel. It also has immense potential to bring about positive change and responsibilities at every step. He said that Rajasthan is far ahead of the neighboring states in terms of good governance. Giving the example of health insurance, he said that Rajasthan has 88 per cent insurance coverage, which is a big achievement in comparison to other states.
