Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd has approved the sale of up to 14,60,000 equity shares, representing 5% of the total capital, in Ultramarine & Pigments Ltd. The transaction, expected to conclude within seven working days, will reduce Thirumalai’s holding from 14.38% (41,98,837 shares). The company confirmed the sale is not a related party transaction.
Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global Ltd commenced trial production at its new Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) manufacturing unit in Tamil Nadu on August 30, 2026. With a monthly capacity of 1,200 MT, commercial production is slated for November 2026.
