3i Infotech Reports 4.3% Revenue Growth in Q1 FY27
3i Infotech reported operating revenue of ₹177.9 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, up 4.3% from ₹170.5 crore in Q1 FY26 and 1.3% sequentially.
The company reported EBITDA of ₹11.5 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 6.4%, while profit after tax stood at ₹6.5 crore. Gross margin improved to 14.4% from 11.2% in the year-ago quarter.
The company secured Total Contract Value (TCV) of ₹240.9 crore and Annual Contract Value (ACV) of ₹195.6 crore during the quarter.
The Application, Automation & Analytics segment contributed 73.5% of total revenue, followed by Infrastructure Services at 18.7% and Business Process Services at 7.8%.
Geographically, India contributed ₹66.6 crore in revenue, while the US contributed ₹91.2 crore. MEA revenue stood at ₹15.9 crore, while APAC contributed ₹4.3 crore.
3i Infotech also secured more than 25 new clients during the quarter. The company said a cybersecurity incident was managed without a material impact on business continuity.
Fractal Analytics Approves Q1 FY27 Results, Revises Business Sale Date
Fractal Analytics approved its unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q1 FY27, subject to limited review.
The Board also revised the effective date for the sale of certain business units to Analytics Vidhya Educon Private Limited from April 1, 2026, to May 1, 2026. Following the revision, the aggregate consideration increased from ₹10.9 crore to ₹11.6 crore.
The trading window for designated persons will remain closed until July 25, 2026.
Nitco Promoter Vivek Talwar's Stake Rises to 11.53%
Nitco allotted 65,04,065 equity shares to promoter Vivek Prannath Talwar following the exercise and conversion of an equal number of convertible warrants.
The shares were issued at ₹92.25 per share, including a face value of ₹10 and a premium of ₹82.25, after receipt of the balance 75% subscription amount.
Following the allotment, Talwar's shareholding in Nitco increased to 11.53% from 8.82%.
Dr Reddy's Laboratories Approves Board and Auditor Appointments
Dr Reddy's Laboratories shareholders approved the reappointment of Dr K.P. Krishnan as an Independent Director for a second five-year term from January 7, 2027, to January 6, 2032.
Members also approved the appointment of Srikanth Velamakanni as an Independent Director for five years from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031.
The appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP as Statutory Auditors for five years was also approved.
Diamond Power Infrastructure Approves QIP Issue
The Management Committee of Diamond Power Infrastructure approved the company's Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) issue.
The committee adopted the preliminary placement document and authorised the opening of the issue on July 23, 2026.
The floor price for the QIP has been fixed at ₹238.92 per equity share. The company may offer a discount of up to 5% on the floor price, subject to applicable regulations.
