Ensure timely implementation of government schemes and departmental directives
Immediate disposal of correspondence will be done through e-governance
Jaipur, March 12. State Secretary Cooperation Ms. Shuchi Tyagi said on Tuesday that it should be ensured to adhere to the timely implementation of state government schemes and departmental directives so that the general public can benefit. She said that all officials should work with mutual cooperation and coordination while fulfilling their responsibilities.
Ms. Tyagi, on Tuesday, in the Cooperation Building, gathered information from the relevant officials regarding the process of disposal of correspondence through e-governance in all departments and gave instructions for their immediate disposal after inspection. She said that according to office procedure, all employees should maintain a daily diary so that the review of daily tasks performed by them can be done.
The Secretary directed to scan the letters received daily and send them through the electronic drop box of the respective functional officer. Along with this, instructions were given to send the letters sent from the office through e-mail so that the time taken in sending the letters could be reduced.
She instructed that monitoring should be done for the immediate disposal of complaints. All employees and officers should be responsible for timely disposal of complaints and daily work. Ensure the timely disposal of all correspondence through e-file via e-governance. Instructions were given to dispose of such correspondence and records that are not contributing to the work according to the prescribed procedure.
During this, Registrar Cooperation Ms. Archana Singh, Additional Registrar (First) Mr. Rajiv Lochan Sharma along with other departmental officials were present.
