Bihar Election Result 2025 LIVE Updates:
The NDA storm appears unstoppable as the Mahagathbandhan struggles to stay afloat. According to trends, the NDA is headed for a landslide victory. The ruling alliance seems to be securing more than 190 seats, while the Mahagathbandhan is stuck around 50. The Modi–Nitish combination is showing strong impact, as seen in the trends.
The Election Commission’s data also confirms that the Mahagathbandhan has collapsed in the face of the NDA wave. Early trends clearly show a massive majority for the NDA.
Vote counting began at 8 AM today, November 14. The Bihar election was held in two phases — on November 6 and November 11. This election saw a record turnout of 67.13%, the highest since 1951. A total of 243 seats were contested, and 122 are needed for a majority. The NDA has comfortably crossed this mark in the trends and is close to the 200-seat milestone.
Most exit polls had predicted an NDA win, including News18 India’s poll.
