The Special Intensive Revision 2026 process is progressing rapidly across Rajasthan. As part of this initiative, Booth Level Officers (BLOs) are conducting door-to-door distribution of enumeration forms. So far, over 1 crore voters in various districts of the state have received these forms. The Barmer, Chittorgarh, and Banswara districts rank among the top three in form distribution.
Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Rajasthan, Mr. Naveen Mahajan, informed that BLOs have been trained and tasked with door-to-door verification and the distribution and collection of enumeration forms. To ensure voters receive the forms easily and to keep the electoral machinery motivated and efficient, District Election Officers (DEOs), Electoral Registration Officers (EROs), and Assistant EROs (AEROs) are conducting field visits, accompanying BLOs in form distribution, inspecting their work, and monitoring the campaign’s progress.
All political parties in the state are actively participating in the Special Intensive Revision campaign. So far, over 1 lakh Booth Level Agents (BLAs) have been appointed to assist in verifying voter lists at each polling station. Political parties are continuing to appoint more BLAs to ensure the accuracy of the electoral rolls.
The Election Commission of India (ECI) has advised all recognized political parties to appoint their BLAs at every polling booth in a timely manner to avoid any later complaints about errors in the voter list. The Commission emphasized that timely participation ensures the integrity and credibility of the democratic process.
Citizens can follow the official social media handles of the Chief Electoral Officer’s office on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to stay updated on campaign activities.
To accelerate the process, all District Election Officers have been instructed to seek support from Anganwadi workers, Rajeevika members, NCC, and NSS volunteers at the local level.
