July 13: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on Monday announced that the MP Tech Growth Conclave 3.0 has secured investment commitments worth nearly ₹40,000 crore, with the projects expected to generate more than 34,000 employment opportunities across the state.
Speaking at the inauguration of MP Tech Growth Conclave 3.0 – GCC, Data Centre and Semiconductor in Bhopal, the Chief Minister said the event concluded 51 major investment activities, marking another milestone in the state's technology-led industrial growth strategy.
Dr. Yadav said the state has also successfully grounded foreign investment projects worth over ₹28,200 crore, reflecting Madhya Pradesh's growing appeal as a technology and manufacturing destination.
Among the key announcements, Spain-based Submer Group will establish an AI-ready data centre in Bhopal with an investment of nearly ₹20,000 crore. The state will also develop state-of-the-art IT parks in Bhopal and Indore, while Gwalior will emerge as a telecom manufacturing hub, strengthening Madhya Pradesh's technology ecosystem.
The Chief Minister highlighted that the previous two editions of the Tech Growth Conclave had attracted investment proposals worth ₹46,000 crore, while more than ₹12,000 crore in technology investments have already materialised since the Global Investors Summit 2025. During the same period, the state inaugurated 22 new industrial units and laid the foundation for four new projects.
Dr. Yadav said Madhya Pradesh is rapidly expanding beyond its traditional strengths in agriculture, mining, and forestry into defence manufacturing, drones, science and technology, renewable energy, industrial corridors, semiconductors, data centres, and other future growth sectors.
