
Despite the Covid-19 pandemic triggering an economic crisis, Jamia Hamdard, students get job offers surpassing previous year’s benchmark.
10 students from School of Management and Business Studies Jamia Hamdard have been absorbed in an educational technology and online tutoring firm BYJUS’s during the placement drive.
The students are from the MBA (General) 2018-20 batch and has been offered a reverent package Rs 10 lakh each. The company has offices across pan-India and is headquartered in Bengaluru.
The company conducted an online interview session with all the candidates via zoom platform. The interview was held in two rounds, the first being an general interaction with the H.R., and the students who qualified the first round were selected for the second round where the student was interviewed by the senior officials. The interview was being recorded and was evaluated by panel of experts and based on their decision the most eligible candidates were selected.
Among the selected ones, are Syed Mohd Wahid, S M Tabis,. Arif Khan, Chandan, Ramsha Arif, Azka Saman, Muhammad Nihaal, Damia Nisar, Abhishek Jha and Susmita all from MBA (General) 2018-20 batch final year 4th semester.
The company has already mailed an offer letter. The first 3 months will be a training period for the candidates as a business development trainee where they will be given on job training after that they will be absorbed as Senior Education Counsellor.
