The closing ceremony, held on Saturday, marked the grand conclusion of the "Empowering Change: Innovations for a Transformative Future @ Viksit Bharat 2047" conference (ECIFT-2025), which served as a powerful platform to highlight the role of women in leadership across industries. The event featured two inspiring panel discussions under the overarching theme of "Breaking Barriers: Women's Leadership Panel Discussion." The first panel, "Disruptive Changes Across Industries – The Future of Business & Technology," brought together dynamic women leaders instrumental in transforming industries through innovation and leadership.
The esteemed speakers included Ms. Sangeeta Kaushik (Executive Director, NTPC), Ms. Nalani & Kamalini Asthana (Padmashri Awardees), Dr. Sujata Khandai (Director of ASB & ACCF, Amity University), Ms. Lakshika Joshi (Legal Leadership & Global IP Head, Capgemini), Ms. Jaya Goyal (Managing Partner, PAM's Enterprises), and Dr. Yagbala (Assistant Professor, GL Bajaj).
