Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited (FGII) launched awareness camps across Rajasthan’s Jalore, Ajmer, Kota, and Sawai Madhopur districts to promote the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) for Kharif season farmers.
The campaign includes 10 mobile vans conducting street plays and activities to educate farmers about crop insurance benefits and financial protection against crop losses due to unforeseen events. FGII officials said the initiative aligns with the government’s “Minimum Premium, Maximum Insurance for Farmers” vision and aims to spread awareness in remote areas.
The company is a joint venture between Future Group and global insurer Generali.
