Key Highlights
- The Special Judge, PMLA, Gurugram, through separate orders dated May 19, June 4, and June 11, 2026, has directed the restitution of immovable properties worth approximately ₹281.85 crore in the SRS Group money laundering case.
- The properties have been restored to:
- 12 genuine homebuyers
- The Resolution Professional of SRS Real Estate Ltd
- The restored assets include flats across several SRS Group projects:
- SRS Royal Hills (Phase I & II)
- SRS City
- SRS Pearl Floor
- SRS Pearl Tower
- SRS Residency
- SRS Prime Floor
- Earlier, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had facilitated the restitution of properties worth approximately ₹670.15 crore to 2,390 genuine homebuyers in the same case.
- With the latest order, the total value of properties restored to rightful claimants has reached approximately ₹952 crore.
