Governor Mangubhai Patel said that the Digital Degree Verification Portal is a historic step toward strengthening higher education. He noted that the portal represents a significant and student-centric initiative. According to the Governor, the integration of technological innovation into university operations will relieve students from the complexities of manual verification. Essential processes such as employment and placement-related verification will now be completed more securely, quickly, and seamlessly.
Governor Patel praised the special innovations undertaken by the state government in the field of higher education. He explored the degree verification process on the portal and even conducted a random test himself. He congratulated the university administration for successfully launching the portal.
Governor Patel inaugurated Barkatullah University Bhopal’s Digital Degree Verification Portal with a single click during a programme held at Raj Bhavan on Thursday.
The event was attended by Principal Secretary to the Governor Dr. Navneet Mohan Kothari, University Vice-Chancellor Suresh Kumar Jain, Additional Secretary Umashankar Bhargava, Registrar Anil Sharma, and other officials.
