Bitcoin lost 160 points to trade at $63,632, with a market capitalization of $1.278 trillion. The world's largest cryptocurrency remained down 0.78% over the past week, though it still gained 1.13% over the last month.
Ethereum fell 6.28 points to $1,856.85, but continued to outperform Bitcoin on a weekly and monthly basis, recording gains of 3.38% and 8.60%, respectively. Ether's market capitalization stood at $293.12 billion.
Among major altcoins, XRP rose 0.63%, Polkadot gained 0.88%, Avalanche advanced 0.52%, Solana added 0.12%, and Cardano edged up 0.03%. On the other hand, Binance Coin (BNB) slipped 0.06%, while Polygon declined 0.23% and Cosmos was nearly unchanged with a 0.02% loss.
Over a longer horizon, most leading cryptocurrencies continued to remain under pressure, with Bitcoin down 27.29% year-to-date, Ethereum down 37.42%, and XRP down 40.54%, highlighting that the broader crypto market is still recovering from previous declines despite recent stability.
