Congress Candidate from the Gautam Buddh Nagar Lok Sabha seat Dr. Arvind Singh releases his Manifesto in the press conference and mention 17 different points for the development of his parliamentary constituency. In the press conference, Dr. Arvind invited and challenged current MP Dr. Mahesh Sharma for a debate on developments done by him in his tenure. In the press conference, Dr. Arvind invited and challenged current MP Dr. Mahesh Sharma for a debate on developments done by him in his tenure. He said that the candidate cast in the alliance is the dummy of BJP and the current MP has also helped him in getting a ticket for the upcoming election.
He also said that there has not been any development in these five years even in those villages which were adopted by the current MP, due to which they are not allowed to visit him in those villages.
In the Manifesto Dr. Singh mentioned these points –
- 30 percent job reservation to local people in the MNC’s or companies in Noida and Greater Noida.
- 4 times compensation to the farmers, Swaminathan Commission Price.
- Rationalizing private school fees.
- Resolving flat buyers’ issue.
- Women Security (CCTV Surveillance of all police station and government offices with digital complaints system)
- Waste Management (To collect garbage from every door step and covering all sewers and drains in the city)
- Restart Panchayati Raj election in the villages.
- Make public parks in the villages.
- Make Pollution free City(Ending pollution of water bodies and clean water for irrigation of fields).
- Education (Modernization and up- gradation of all government schools from villages to district level. No school to remain without furniture, books, electricity, toilets and good teachers in next five years, NRC college Jewar to be given university status, make separate schools for girls in every vidhansabha)
- Healthcare (Free healthcare facilities for all below the poverty line, make government hospitals, dispensaries, and open generic medical stores)
- Public Transportation and Traffic Management (To complete re-planning and over hauling of the city’s traffic movement and plan to decongest streets and markets)
- Child health and malnutrition (Special Scheme to end child malnutrition in the next five years in the parliamentary constituency)
- Transparency (Accountability through quarterly and annual balance sheet system for all ministries and departments till the district level)
- People and community participation government bodies.
- Dankaur Railway station development and halting major trains.
- Restart Jahangirpur Sugar Mill for increasing employment and betterment for sugarcane farmers.
In the press conference Mahender Nagar, Mukesh Yadav, Ashok Pandit, Achit Daula, Rudra Raj Bhati, Alok Singh, Purshottam nagar and many party members were also present.
