In response to the recent devastating monsoon floods affecting multiple Indian states, Binance Charity, the philanthropic arm of the global blockchain leader Binance, has pledged $150,000 (₹1.3 Crore) to assist ongoing relief and recovery efforts. This contribution will support Goonj's Rahat Initiative, supporting urgent humanitarian aid to communities affected by the floods.
Binance Charity's contribution will be allocated toward providing vital relief supplies, including essential food material hygiene and dignity kits, clean water, and temporary shelter materials for displaced families. By directing resources toward these essentials, Binance aims to alleviate the immediate suffering of vulnerable populations and contribute to sustainable recovery.
