He noted the region’s natural availability of raw materials and called for efficient infrastructure, including direct gas pipeline connections to industrial areas, to boost industrial activity.

Bikaner will be developed as a dedicated ceramic industry hub, leveraging the region’s rich natural resources.
No Shortage of RIICO Funds:
The minister assured that RIICO has sufficient funding, and proposals will be financed promptly to promote industrial growth.
Industrial Investment in Industry Only:
He stressed that industrial funds must be reinvested back into industry, ensuring direct developmental impact.
New Industrial Areas Survey:
Rathore directed officials to identify and survey potential areas to develop new industrial zones across Bikaner.
Sewer and Road Coordination:
Emphasis was laid on inter-department coordination, ensuring that roadworks, sewage, and utility upgrades are carried out simultaneously to prevent repetitive digging.
CETP for Karni Industrial Area:
A complete assessment was ordered for establishing a Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) to address wastewater issues in the Karni industrial zone.
Skill Development MOUs:
The minister encouraged MoUs with industries in wool, carpet, and solar sectors to enhance local skill development initiatives.
Improved Urban Life and Tourism:
Rathore affirmed that industrial development will align with better urban living and tourism, especially in areas that had been neglected for years.
Monsoon Preparedness:
Instructions were given to repair broken roads before the rains, and fill low-lying waterlogging spots with debris to prevent flooding.
Heritage Walk with Community Involvement:
