This is a weekly series of talks around the theme ‘Balancing Empathy and High Performance’, featuring some of the country’s most respected corporate leaders who are also very vocal champions of workplace wellness.

This weekly series will kick off on 20th April and will be hosted every Tuesday at 7:00 PM. The format for each hour-long session will be a one-on-one Q&A between the guest speaker and the moderator, followed by an audience Q&A thus giving all participants an opportunity to have their questions answered directly by the speaker.
The importance of emotional wellbeing in the corporate sector has become tremendously important, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic struck. Working Professionals have also started feeling that major changes in the HR provisions is required to maintain equilibrium amongst the workforce.
