A key factor contributing to Jio’s rapid growth is its robust and largest true 4G network. Another significant reason for Jio’s customer market leadership is its overwhelming acceptance among people of all age groups. Jio has not only offered superior connectivity, but a whole new way of Jio Digital Life that people are adopting whole heartedly.
Jio is a customer obsessed organization and has gone the extra mile to set up the largest footprint of retail stores, including company owned stores spread across the length and breadth of the service area, extending all the way to the village level, giving Jio a unique edge over its competitors in terms of customer experience.
Keeping its promise to provide the best quality data, Jio has continuously been ranked the fastest 4G telecom network since launch. In June,2022, as per the latest TRAI data, Jio registered average 4G download speed of 22.1 Mbps nationally, the highest among all 4G operators in the country.
