Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah will address the ‘Uttar Pradesh Day’ celebrations as the Chief Guest in the capital city of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, on Saturday, January 24.
During the programme to be held at Rashtriya Prerna Sthal, Lucknow, Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah will launch the ‘One District One Cuisine’ scheme. Under this initiative, the distinctive traditional cuisine of each district will be identified and integrated with quality enhancement, branding, and market access, with the objective of giving local flavours not only regional but also national and global recognition.
On the occasion of ‘Uttar Pradesh Day’, Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah will also inaugurate the Sardar Patel Industrial Area Scheme. He will present awards to districts that have delivered outstanding performance under the Uttar Pradesh government’s CM YUVA (Chief Minister’s Youth Entrepreneur Development Campaign) scheme and will also distribute the Uttar Pradesh Gaurav Awards 2025–26.
