Hyderabad/Adilabad: Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials caught T. Pranay, Forest Range Officer (FRO), Boath Range, red-handed while allegedly accepting a ₹15,000 bribe at the FRO office in Boath.
According to ACB, the bribe was accepted through S. Parshuram, Junior Assistant, Boath Range, as a “reward” for extending official favour to the complainant. The agency said the officer had allegedly demanded the money to expedite the release of the payment.
The Telangana ACB has urged citizens to report any demand for bribes by public servants through its toll-free helpline 1064. Complaints can also be lodged via WhatsApp (9440446106), Facebook (Telangana ACB), or through its official website.
