Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL), the two-wheeler subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, today announced its sales performance for August 2025.
The company reported total sales of 1,13,936 units in August 2025, a 9% increase over 1,04,800 units sold in August 2024. This includes domestic sales of 91,629 units, up 5% from 87,480 units recorded in the same period last year. Meanwhile, exports grew by 29%, with 22,307 units shipped compared to 17,320 units in August 2024.
Commenting on the performance, Mr. Deepak Mutreja, Vice President – Sales & Marketing, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd., said, "We extend our heartful gratitude to our customers for their continued trust in Suzuki two-wheelers. The growth in August sales gives us momentum going into the festive season and we look forward to delighting more customers with our products and services."
Strengthening its after sales operations along with two-wheeler sales, Suzuki Motorcycle India achieved its highest-ever spare parts sales in August 2025, worth INR 856 million, marking a 21% year-on-year growth.
Additionally, the company enhanced its product line-up with the introduction of new Metallic Matte Platinum Silver No. 2 / Glass Sparkle Black colour option for the Suzuki Avenis.
