Gurugram: Coworking operator Spring House Coworking has launched its flagship workspace at Grand Mall on MG Road, Gurugram, expanding its footprint in India’s rapidly growing flexible office market.
Spread across 30,000 square feet, the new facility offers more than 500 seats, including 100 open workstations and 400 private seats. The workspace also features conference rooms, meeting spaces, modern interiors and collaborative zones designed for startups, entrepreneurs, consultants and established businesses.
The company said it invested approximately ₹2.5 crore in developing the new center. Membership options include daily, monthly and flexible plans, with seat pricing ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month and day passes available for ₹800.
Founder and CEO Mukul Pasricha described the launch as a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey, emphasizing Spring House’s focus on providing premium workspaces and networking opportunities for businesses.
Located near MG Road and Sikanderpur Metro stations, the facility offers strong connectivity to both Delhi and Gurugram. The workspace is situated within a major commercial hub surrounded by retail outlets, markets and business centers, making it attractive for professionals and corporate teams.
The company also announced plans to expand further, targeting new coworking centers in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Mumbai. To support this growth, Spring House is exploring fundraising opportunities.
Founded in 2014, Spring House currently operates 14 coworking properties across Delhi-NCR and Lucknow, with a combined seating capacity exceeding 2,800 seats. The latest launch reflects the increasing demand for flexible workspaces as businesses seek cost-effective and scalable office solutions.
