Jaipur, June 12, 2025:
The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released the considered list of candidates for the Geologist Competitive Examination 2024, held on May 7, 2025. A total of 90 candidates have been provisionally included for document verification. The detailed list is available on the official RPSC website.
The Commission clarified that this list is not a selection or merit list, but solely meant for the verification of documents to confirm the eligibility of the candidates participating in the selection process. The final list of successful candidates will be issued after the Mines & Geology Department completes the document verification.
Online Detailed Application Form Required
Candidates included in the considered list must fill out the Detailed Application Form (DAF) online between June 20 and June 26, 2025 (until 11:59 PM). The form can be accessed through their SSO ID on the Recruitment Portal by selecting the “My Recruitment – Detailed Form cum Scrutiny – Apply Now” option.
All instructions issued by the Commission regarding form submission and document verification must be strictly followed.
Document Verification by Mines & Geology Department
The Mines & Geology Department will conduct the verification of the submitted application forms and original documents. After submitting the online application, candidates must print two copies of the detailed form and retain them.
As per the schedule and location communicated by the department, candidates must appear in person with:
Two copies of the detailed application form,
All original documents,
Self-attested photocopies.
The department will directly inform candidates about the date, time, and venue for document verification. No separate communication will be issued by RPSC.
If a candidate fails to appear on the designated day, their candidature will be disqualified.
Once the department completes the verification, it will send the list of eligible candidates to RPSC. The Commission will then publish the final results and forward the names of selected candidates to the Mines & Geology Department for appointment.
Eligibility will be determined based on the criteria mentioned in the original recruitment advertisement. Candidates failing to meet any condition will be deemed ineligible.
