Jaipur, June 11 – Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma emphasized that the ‘Rising Rajasthan’ Global Investment Summit has emerged as a key pillar for building a developed Rajasthan. With MoUs worth ₹3.25 lakh crore already materializing on ground, he directed officials to ensure the groundbreaking of projects worth ₹1 lakh crore in July 2025

MoUs Taking Shape:
CM Sharma said investment-focused policies are translating MoUs signed at the Rising Rajasthan Summit into real, on-ground projects, accelerating Rajasthan's economic growth.
Groundbreaking Worth ₹3.25 Lakh Crore Done:
Already, projects worth ₹3.25 lakh crore have broken ground, showing real momentum from the summit’s agreements.
Target of ₹1 Lakh Crore in July:
CM instructed officials to ensure groundbreaking ceremonies for MoUs worth ₹1 lakh crore in July 2025, calling it the next leap for development.
Inter-Department Coordination:
He directed all departmental secretaries to maintain active dialogue with investors and conduct regular reviews of MoUs to expedite clearances.
Pending Policies Deadline:
The CM gave a clear deadline—finalize all pending policy declarations by July 31, and issue remaining notifications by June 30.
District-Level Focus:
Collectors were asked to submit updated land bank records and ensure regular progress reports on district-level MoUs.
Monitoring at District Level:
All departmental officers and district in-charge secretaries have been asked to review MoU implementation at district level regularly.
Land Allocation Committee:
A special committee is to be formed to streamline land allocation based on MoU requirements, ensuring industrial and investment needs are met swiftly.
Sector-Wise Review:
MoUs from key departments—Civil Aviation, Tourism, IT & Communication, Urban Development & Housing, Agriculture, and Mining—were reviewed for status and pending actions.
Leadership Presence:
Chief Secretary Shri Sudhansh Pant and officials from key departments were present. District Collectors joined via video conference.
