July 24, 2026: The Rajasthan State Commission for Other Backward Classes has extended the deadline for the statewide survey of OBC families to July 26, 2026.
Commission Secretary (Advisor) Ashok Kumar Jain said the decision was taken after a review of the survey work on July 23, which found that the exercise was still pending in several districts.
He said no further extension would be granted after July 26. District collectors have been asked to ensure that the survey is completed within the extended deadline, as the Commission is required to submit its recommendation report to the state government within the stipulated timeline.
The survey is being conducted through the Rajdharaa Survey mobile application. The data collected will be analysed to prepare recommendations regarding OBC reservation in Panchayati Raj Institutions and local bodies.
