Key Highlights of Q1 FY 2026–27
➢ Revenues in Q1 FY 2026-27 at Rs. 210.43 Crores on a consolidated basis.
➢ EBITDA in Q1 FY 2026-27 at Rs 7.59 Crores on a consolidated basis.
➢ PAT in Q1 FY 2026-27 at Rs. 23.87 Crores on a consolidated basis.
➢ EPS at Rs. 9.07 on a consolidated basis.
Revenues on a consolidated basis stood at Rs. 210.43 Crores for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as against Rs. 217.72 Crores in Q1 of FY 2025–26. The PAT on a consolidated basis stood at Rs.23.87 Crores, as against Rs. 35.20 Crores in Q1 of FY 2025–26. The EPS on a consolidated basis during this period stood at Rs. 9.07 as against Rs. 13.37 in Q1 of FY 2025–26.
Revenues on a standalone basis stood at Rs. 193.69 Crores for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as against Rs. 200.80 Crores in Q1 of FY 2025–26. The PAT on a standalone basis stood at Rs. 22.95Crores, as against Rs. 39.59 Crores in Q1 of FY 2025–26. The EPS on a standalone basis during this period stood at Rs. 8.72 as against Rs. 15.04 in Q1 of FY 2025–26.
During the quarter, Nucleus Software continued to execute against its long-term priorities of product innovation, customer success, delivery excellence and international market development.
The Company continued to enhance its lending and transaction banking platforms, with a focus on intelligent automation, responsible AI, composable architecture, real-time processing and regulatoryreadiness. These investments are aimed at helping financial institutions modernize their operations while improving agility, efficiency and customer experience.
Nucleus Software strengthened its customer success leadership during the Quarter through the appointment of Mr. Bhavit Godiwala as Chief Customer Success Officer. In this role, he will focus ondeepening customer relationships, strengthening governance and delivery excellence and accelerating value realization for financial institutions globally.
The Company also continued to develop its regional partner and customer ecosystem. During the Quarter, Nucleus Software entered into a strategic partnership in Indonesia and marked five yearsof collaboration with Hatton National Bank, underscoring its continued focus on long-term relationships and market-aligned transformation.
