Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav met Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi at Parliament House, New Delhi, on Monday and extended an invitation to visit Madhya Pradesh. He requested the Prime Minister to inaugurate the upcoming Kisan Sammelan (Farmers’ Conference) and the Bhopal Metro Train. CM Yadav also greeted the Prime Minister with a bouquet.
Speaking to the media after the meeting, CM Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh is witnessing a strong wave of industrialization. Alongside, a state-wide campaign for Swadeshi (indigenous products) is also underway, contributing towards building an Atmanirbhar Bharat (self-reliant India). He emphasized the goal of producing high-quality indigenous products, highlighting the need for collective efforts.
The Chief Minister further informed that over the past one and a quarter years, the state has been driving a major industrialization campaign, resulting in MoUs worth over ₹30 lakh crore, with the potential to generate employment for 21 lakh people. He affirmed that under the leadership and guidance of Prime Minister Modi, the state government will continue on its path of steady development.
