Jamia Millia Islamia has introduced four new courses and revived four existing courses for the 2019-20 academic session. The university also increased seats in M.Tech Mechanical Engineering from 18 to 30.
The newly introduced courses include:
- M.Sc. in Banking and Financial Analytics (40 seats)
- M.Tech. in Environmental Science & Engineering (12 seats)
- PG Diploma in Molecular Diagnostics (30 seats)
- Advanced Diploma in Turkish Language (20 seats)
The revived courses are:
- Advanced Diploma in Modern Persian
- Advanced Diploma in Pashto
- Diploma in Uzbek
- Certificate in Uzbek
The university announced entrance test schedules and eligibility criteria for all these courses, with exams planned between August 17–18, 2019. The initiatives aim to expand academic opportunities in technology, finance, healthcare diagnostics, and foreign languages.
