India’s growing leadership in the global food and beverage (F&B) trade will be on full display at IndusFood 2026, the country’s premier global F&B sourcing exhibition, scheduled to take place from January 8 to 10, 2026, at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida.
Organised by the Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI), the 9th edition of IndusFood aims to further strengthen India’s position as a reliable, competitive, and strategic partner in global food supply chains.
Branded as Asia’s leading food and beverage trade fair, IndusFood 2026 will bring together leading Indian food producers, international buyers, policymakers, industry leaders, and global institutions on a single platform to facilitate trade partnerships, bilateral engagement, and long-term collaborations.
High-Level Inauguration and Strategic Initiatives
The exhibition will be formally inaugurated by Union Minister for Food Processing Industries, Chirag Paswan, underscoring the government’s commitment to strengthening India’s food processing ecosystem, enhancing export competitiveness, and expanding global market access for Indian food products.
A key highlight of IndusFood 2026 will be the launch of the India–UAE Food Corridor, initiated by the Abu Dhabi Food Hub, aimed at enhancing food security, streamlining supply chains, and accelerating bilateral food trade flows.
Another major attraction will be the 75th anniversary celebrations of Saudi Arabian exhibitor AlSallan, showcasing the country’s long-standing legacy in food trade and its deepening partnership with India through a cultural and commercial exhibition.
