IMS Noida recently concluded Deeksharambh 2025, an immersive three-week orientation program designed for its new MBA and MCA batches. Held from July 24 to August 12, 2025 at the IMS DIA Auditorium, the program carried the theme "Igniting Potential & Inspiring Growth", aiming to guide students into their professional journeys with clarity, confidence, and a future-ready mindset.
The initiative blended academic orientation with real-world exposure, bringing together experienced faculty, industry professionals, and institutional leaders to ensure students not only adapt to campus life but also start building the skills and perspectives needed for global careers.
Week 1, which was the 'Embracing Horizons', introduced students to the larger possibilities ahead, from collaborative learning to insights on law, policy, and digital frauds. Sessions like "Voices from the Field" connected learners directly with industry perspectives, setting the tone for application-driven learning.
Week 2's Embracing Within shifted the focus inward, nurturing emotional intelligence, communication, and leadership skills. The "Spark to Startup" segment ignited entrepreneurial thinking, while "Mapping Future: Career Compass" offered guidance on aligning personal aspirations with professional goals.
Week 3 was about Express and Empower which celebrated diversity, wellness, and community. Students explored campus life through "Roots & Wings" and "Know Your Campus", building a sense of belonging while preparing to navigate academic and professional challenges with resilience.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Vikas Dhawan, Director General, IMS Noida, said, "Deeksharambh is an important chapter in a student's transformation. We see it as a bridge between aspiration and action, where students discover the possibilities around them as well as the potential within them. Over these three weeks, we've encouraged them to question, explore, and imagine their futures as passive participants in the industry, and also as leaders and innovators who will shape it."
