IIM Raipur conducted Day 3 of the B2P3, STEM–SWAVALAMBAN Bengaluru Immersion Programme, packed with expert sessions, ecosystem visits, and industry immersion for the cohort.
The day kicked off at NSRCEL, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore with the Fundraising Readiness Session, From Pitch Deck to Term Sheet, delivered by Mr. Navaneetha Krishnan Sankaraiah, Mentor, NSRCEL. Participants gained practical insights on investor expectations, term sheet negotiation, and structuring fundraising conversations for early-stage ventures.
Next, the cohort visited the Karnataka Startup Cell (Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM)) for a structured interaction on state startup policies, institutional support, and ecosystem enablers, hosted by Mr. Jaikrishna Ramesh, Manager, Marketing & Outreach, Startup Karnataka, and Mr. Bharath Chandra BK. They also engaged with KDEM-incubated startups and explored innovation frameworks at the RBI Innovation Hub (RBIH).
The group then toured the Amazon Fulfilment Centre, receiving hands-on exposure to logistics, supply chain operations, and technology-enabled warehousing, hosted by the Amazon FC Tour Team led by Mr. Dhiraj Shetty.
In the evening, back at Draper Startup House, Bengaluru, an expert panel on D2C Operations & Scaling featured Mr. Sumit Dutta , Founder & Managing Partner, Unwind Ventures; Mr. Amit Mishra, Founder & CEO, Dazeinfo Media & Research; Mr. Sravan Kumar Adithya , Co-Founder, ToyStack AI & CTO, Waterlabs AI; and Mr. Sagar Rai, Founder & CEO, Kibi Sports. The panel shared insights on customer acquisition, unit economics, scaling D2C brands, and operational efficiency.
The day wrapped up with a group dinner and networking with ecosystem stakeholders, sparking meaningful collaborations.
