Several stocks traded near or at their upper price bands, with sharp gains recorded across multiple names. HEROMOTORS led with a near-20% advance and the highest value turnover, while ADSL, BPLPHARMA and RTSPOWR registered full 20% moves.
Steep Gains at Wider Bands
HEROMOTORS closed at 141.69, up 19.99% on its 20% price band, recording the highest value at ₹1413.16 crore on volume of 1022.62 lakh shares. ADSL finished at 115.52 with a full 20.00% rise on the 20% band. BPLPHARMA advanced 20.00% to 1898.00. XELPMOC and RETAIL also gained nearly 20% on 20% bands. AVADHSUGAR rose 10.00% to 796.50 on its 10% band with value of ₹35.55 crore. CUBEXTUB climbed 9.42% to 151.44 on a 10% band.
High-Value Activity Near 5% Ceilings
STLNETWORK settled at 54.61, up exactly 5.00% on its 5% band with value of ₹47.97 crore. KABRAEXTRU closed at 846.40 after a 5.00% rise and value of ₹36.88 crore. IBULLSLTD, JSIPL, BIRLACABLE, ESAFSFB, SPECTRUM, KRONOX, OCCLLTD, SUMEETINDS, RBZJEWEL, MHLXMIRU, CURIS and JAINAM also finished at +5.00% on 5% bands. SAHASRA, VIDYAWIRES, SPECTRAA, SWARAJ, MAZDA, BLUEWATER, ONIXSOLAR, MADHUSUDAN, GJL, HITECHGEAR and SSFL ended at or very near +4.99%.
Other Notable Moves
AHCL gained 7.02% to 30.66 on a 10% band with high value of ₹206.37 crore. BHAGERIA advanced 7.73% to 387.45 on a 10% band. LALITHAA appeared in the list with value of ₹296.26 crore despite a 3.24% decline. Multiple smaller names including MVKAGRO, METALIC, FONEBOX, GFSTEELS and SHEKHAWATI finished near the 5% upper band.
