March 9, 2026: Defending Champions Team Golden Bullets produced another dominant performance on the final day of the Round Robin stage on the DGC Golden members League. They scored 192 stableford points on day 3 to top the Leader board with a cumulative tally of 544 points over the 3 days of the Round Robin stage.
Last years Runners Up team Silver Bandits also displayed good form to bring in the best score of the day and with 193 points scored on day 3, totalled 539 points to finish on the 2nd position on the leader board.
The other 2 teams which have qualified for the Knock Out stages are teams Golden Youngsters with 527 points and Kingpins with 518 points.
The league celebrates the spirit of golf among the club’s distinguished members above 70 years of age and they continued to produce a blend of consistency, experience, and moments of brilliance on the course. Played in a Stableford-based team format, the Round Robin stage of the competition counted the best 11 individual scorecards from each team’s lineup, ensuring that depth and teamwork remained the crucial factors in determining daily outcomes.
The Four teams that have made it to the Knock Out stages will now face off against each other in the exciting four ball better ball matchplay format. Each team will be represented by 6 pairs taking on 6 pairs from the opposing team.

On the individual front, Madhu Misra continued to impress and delivered the top men’s performance of the day with an excellent 22 Stableford points, while Anita Malhotra scored an equally impressive 22 points, highlighting the high standard of play across the field.
One of the most exciting moments of the day came on the final hole for Ajit Sial who scored a spectacular Hole-in-One, creating one of the standout highlights of the league so far and drawing enthusiastic applause from fellow competitors. He hit a Driver on the tough par 3 Hole number 9 to achieve this unique feat.
