Bullion prices showed a split trend across Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday, with gold gaining strength in Rajasthan while UP remained largely stable, even as silver stayed near the ₹2.45 lakh per kg benchmark.
In Jaipur, today’s 24-carat gold rate stands at ₹1,48,420 per 10 grams, up marginally from yesterday, while 22-carat gold is ₹1,36,060 per 10 grams. Silver in Jaipur is quoted at ₹2,44,900 per kg, down slightly by ₹100 from the previous day.
Across Rajasthan’s key bullion centres such as Jodhpur, Udaipur, and Kota, traders are seeing prices broadly aligned with the Jaipur benchmark, keeping the state’s 24K gold band close to ₹1.48 lakh per 10 grams and silver near the ₹2.45 lakh mark. Wedding-season buying is supporting demand despite elevated prices.
In Uttar Pradesh, the market tone is steadier. Lucknow’s 24K gold is trading near the ₹1.43 lakh zone, with 22K prices around ₹1.31–1.36 lakh per 10 grams depending on local jeweller premiums, while silver is also hovering around the ₹2.35–2.45 lakh per kg range.
The latest move indicates that Rajasthan is seeing stronger upside momentum than UP, largely because of city-level jewellery demand, wedding purchases, and sentiment-led buying after recent volatility. Traders say many customers are buying now to avoid a possible further rise, while silver investors are finding relative comfort in the metal’s short-term stability.
