Fidelity International has announced key leadership transitions aimed at reinforcing its global and India strategy. Rohit Jetly has been appointed to a broader international role, leading Technology and Operations for the firm’s Global Platform Solutions (GPS) business. Upasna Nischal, currently Head of HR India, will step into the role of India Site Head, succeeding Rohit, with expanded responsibilities.
Under Rohit’s leadership, Fidelity’s India operations have grown into a strategic powerhouse, expanding across Gurugram, Mumbai, and Bengaluru and earning recognition as a top Global Capability Centre (GCC). Rohit will now focus on global delivery of the GPS business, which integrates the Personal Investing, Workplace Investing, and Advisor platforms.
Upasna brings over 20 years of HR leadership and has played a key role in developing India’s talent and strategic capabilities at Fidelity. In her new role, she will drive initiatives from India aligned to global priorities, continuing to elevate the country’s strategic value.
