Fahad Ahmad, who contested the Maharashtra Assembly elections from Anushakti Nagar, claimed that there were a total of 19 rounds of counting. He said, "The mystery begins after the 17th round. The EVMs, which were supposed to be operational from 7 AM to 6 PM, had 99% of their batteries drained."
