On the occasion of Republic Day, Dr. Ikbal Sakka, the renowned artist from Udaipur and a world record holder, has created a miniature map of India and the national flag using a needle on a surface of pure gold. Dr. Ikbal Sakka dedicated this unique artwork to the nation. He explained that, contrary to the largest map of India created by the Tanjea couple, who flew an aircraft over the skies of America to make a world record, he has made the world's smallest map of India on the head of a pin, measuring only 2 millimeters in gold, along with a tricolor flag measuring 1 millimeter. He accomplished this feat in 36 hours by meticulously placing the needle.
Dr. Sakka mentioned that these tiny artworks, the world's smallest, will be presented to the National Modern Art Museum in New Delhi. In this regard, he has written a letter to the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, and the Minister of Culture and the Secretary of the National Modern Art Museum.
