Bitcoin traded at $65,075, down 0.39% on the day. It declined 0.14% over the week but gained 9.41% over the past month. Its year-to-date performance remained negative at -25.55%, while its year-on-year decline stood at -44.77%.
Ether fell 0.54% to $1,942.77, despite gaining 2.14% over the week and 23.83% over the past month. Its YTD performance stood at -34.49%, while it was down 48.64% year-on-year.
Among other major cryptocurrencies, Binance declined 0.36%, Cardano fell 0.68%, Solana dropped 0.29%, and XRP declined 0.46%.
Avalanche was down 0.53% on the day but gained 1.86% over the week and 3.94% over the month. Polygon declined 0.17%, while Polkadot fell 1.01%.
On the weaker side, Cosmos declined 0.53% on the day, falling 6.90% over the week and 11.52% over the past month. Litecoin dropped 1.07% on the day.
Despite monthly gains in Bitcoin, Ether and several other tokens, most cryptocurrencies in the table remained sharply lower on a year-to-date and year-on-year basis.
