Cooperative Minister Shri Uday Lal Anjana said on Saturday that online registration for the purchase of Moong, Urad, Soyabean and Groundnut on support price by Rajfed in the state would be started from Thursday, October 27. Moong, urad and soybean will be procured from November 1 and groundnut from November 18 at 879 procurement centers.
Shri Anjana said that 363 purchase centers have been opened for moong, 166 for groundnut, 267 for urad and 83 for soybean. Out of which 419 centers have been set up on purchase-sale cooperative societies and 460 on village service cooperative societies. Shri Anjana said that online registration has been arranged at E-Mitra and procurement centers from 9 am to 7 pm so that farmers do not face any kind of inconvenience.
He informed that the Government of India has targeted to purchase 3 lakh 2 thousand 745 metric tonnes of moong on support price in the state, 62 thousand 508 metric tonnes of urad, 4 lakh 65 thousand 565 metric tonnes of groundnut and 3 lakh 61 thousand 790 metric tonnes of soybean. Tonne procurement target has been given. The support price of moong is Rs.7755, that of urad is Rs.6600, that of groundnut is Rs.5850 and that of soybean has been declared as Rs.4300 per quintal of FAQ category.
The Cooperation Minister said that the farmer will have to upload the Jan Aadhaar card number, copy of Khasra Girdawari and copy of bank passbook along with the registration form. The farmer who will get his registration done without girdawari, his registration will not be valid for purchase on support price. He said that E-Mitra centers should also register farmers under the support price scheme with utmost care and do not register outside the tehsil.
He said that the farmer would be able to get a registration done in the name of the person whose name would be girdawari out of the name mentioned in a Jan Aadhar card. Farmers should take special care that in the tehsil in which agricultural land should be registered for the sale of produce at the procurement center having the jurisdiction of the same tehsil. Registration in other tehsil will not be valid.
Shri Anjana told that while registering the farmer, it should be ensured that the registered mobile number is linked with Jan Aadhar card so that the information of weighing date can be received on time. The farmer should give the correct existing bank account number so that the farmer does not face any problem at the time of online payment. He said that helpline number 1800-180-6001 would be started from October 27 to solve the problems of the farmers.
